I wanted to personally come on here and thank each and every person involved with the Major Richard Star Act. This could be a true life changer and the fact that so many advocate for it's fruition sends vibes of appreciation deep from within my heart and soul. Thank you so much and I promise you I will do all I can to make it a reality as well. I could have retired regularly a year ago with 20 years of service, but it was cut short in 2013 after only 10. Perhaps GOD had a different plan for me and this is the way of rectifying things. I may never know.
